As VP of Representation and Inclusion, Jerome promotes awareness of the heterogeneity of backgrounds, situations, needs, and access to musical and educational opportunities among DAMTA’s members, and oversees DAMTA’s commitment to meeting those needs to the best of its ability. He also advocates for greater awareness among DAMTA’s membership of a more diverse repertoire suitable for pedagogy and performance.
